Nidd Hall Hotel part of the Warner Hotels chain is a grade 2 listed building which is an Elizabethan Manor house with a great exterior and great views.
Steeped in history the house is now a 4 star hotel.
During your stay you can take advantage of all the hotel has to offer including the indoor pool or fitness studio, plus more.
In the grounds you will find a 9-hole Golf course, archery and rifle shooting or Nordic Walking.
Take a 3 course dinner in the Rawson Restaurant or chose from the mouth watering buffets.
Our first visit to Nidd Hall, I was very impressed with the interior, the entrance hall and inner hall where a coal fire was burning was a lovely welcome. The ceilings etc are outstanding, and the furnishings in keeping with the age of the building giving a relaxed atmosphere.
The food was excellent and a very good variety to choose from and served very hot always a bonus. Beautiful grounds to stroll around also a magnificent drive up to the hall.
We would certainly consider a future visit.
I am a member of Nidd Hall leisure club and want to send warmest thanks and appreciation to the manager Gemma and her team. Gemma is simply brilliant and the whole club is dazzling with her thoughtful care and attention to detail. The whole team are friendly, welcoming and kind and make the place a fun place to be. I have had nail treatments and facial treatments and can't recommended highly enough.
The pool is beautiful and the facilities are great.
Thank you to you all.
The whole break was great from start to finish. The staff were always helpful and the restaurant could not be faulted. I have a dietary requirement and I was advised in the morning of the dishes I could eat and when none were suitable, a special dish was created - really excellent service! The grounds are lovely to walk around and we actually saw a Red Kite. There is plenty to occupy you both indoors and outdoors and also you can relax all day if that is what you would prefer to do.
Had a lovely short break here. Room was great, the staff were all friendly and polite. Food was lovely. Entertainment was good, something for everyone’s taste. Overall a great place to stay. We visited Knaresborough which is such a pretty riverside, and well worth a visit.
Last week we attended Nidd Hall hotel on a coach tour. We stayed four nights. It was a
"turkey and tinsel" stay. A bit strange having christmas, boxing day and new year's eve at the beginning
of November. The food and service were superb, either buffet or self service. Plenty of choice for the
evening meal. On "new year's eve" the entertainment team put on a show "from the musicals". It was
very professional and would not be out of place in the West End. There was lots of activities on site. Will definitely return.
